Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove connectors from pressure switch

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between the two spades of the water pressure switch.
Resistance should be short circuit (zero resistance).
Note:
Style of pressure switch may differ but test remains the same.
