This option will take you through the functional operation of the appliance.
XSOL DIAGNOSIS BY ENHANCED FAULT CODES
This option will take you through tests relevant to the fault code chosen.
DIAGNOSIS USING APPLIANCE FAULT HISTORY FOR GUIDANCE
This option allows you to use the limited fault code history stored in the appliances memory to aid diagnosis if the appliance appears to be working correctly while on site, in all other cases use one of the other options available. (This can be useful in the case of intermittent faults if the customer is unsure of which fault code occurs and also if a fault code occurs repeatedly but does not occur whilst you are on site it can potentially help narrow down the type of fault).
