Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Remove the condensate pipe at the bottom of the primary heat exchanger
Note:
The sump / pipe should be empty if the trap and pipe are clear but it is advisable to take precautions to prevent water spillage

Observation:
Check that the sump is clear and inspect the pipe running from the bottom of the sump to the condensate trap.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
