Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Step 1:
Remove the 4 screws from the bottom right and left hand edges of the case, then lift upwards and forwards to remove the outer case.

Step 2:
The four screws securing the outer combustion case can then be removed, this case then pulls forward exposing the primary heat exchanger.

To lower the PCB and housing remove the 2x screw from the bottom of the housing (1x bottom right by the appliance terminal strip, 1x bottom left) then the housing needs to be lifted slightly before it can be moved forward and lowered.

Take care when removing the outer case as the pressure gauge tube is very close to the right hand side of outer case and can be prone to damage.
