Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove fuse FH1 from its holder

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across the fuse.
Note:
Fuse FH1 is the fuse nearest to the transformer on the PCB
