Observation:
Visually inspect the insulation pads to see if any have fallen forward and are restricting the flue ways.
Are the insulation pads correctly in place and in good condition?
If the insulation pads are satisfactory do not refit the burner at this stage.
Note:
These insulation pads are prone to failure, if the insulation pads look in poor condition they should be replaced as this can cause a serious safety issue.
