Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to AC Volts Set meter to measure AC Volts
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

There is no need to wait for the fan purge to finish before commencing this test.
Measure the AC voltage between X12 on the PCB and a suitable earth.
Expect approximately 210 vac.
Is the voltage measured as expected?
