Set Appliance State:

Observation:
Inspect the condition of the bypass assembly.
Press the centre down, it should open easily but spring pressure should quickly shut the valve once the pressure is removed.
Does the valve open?
Is there some spring pressure?
Does the valve rest in the closed position?

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
