Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Disconnect plug marked X3 from PCB

Measurement:

Carry out short circuit checks across the connections at the disconnected plug.
Brown and Blue approx between 160 & 390 Ohms
Brown and Earth O.L
Blue and Earth O.L
