Instructions to set up High and Low Burner Pressures
Remove the protection cap from Modureg.
Disconnect the pressure compensation tube.
Run the boiler in 'TEST' mode (press the reset button
3 times in 3 seconds)
Turn the heating knob to maximum.
Rotate MAX gas pressure adjustment nut (marked A) until you
reach 11.8 mbar (rotating clockwise increases the pressure).
Mains Power Off.
Disconnect one of the Yellow Modureg wires.
Mains Power On.
Run the boiler in 'TEST' mode (press the reset button
3 times in 3 seconds).
Run DHW Tap and allow boiler to fire.
Adjust minimum pressure with screwdriver on minimum adjustment (Marked B)
until you have 2.5mbar (rotating clockwise decreases the pressure).
Mains Power Off.
Reconnect the wire to Modureg.
Mains Power On.
DHW Tap On and retest Maximum Burner Pressure.
Remove gauge and test for soundness.
'TEST' mode is exited by turning the power off then on or pressing the reset
button 3 times in 3 seconds
NOTE: Mains voltage is expected during testing follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure.
