1. Front Panel - Grip firmly on both sides and pull it forward away from the
main boiler assembly.
2. Base Plate - Unscrew the four screws which secure the base plate.
The panels are located in keyhole slots, push panel upwards and pull away.
3. Combustion Chamber Outer Cover -
Remove the five combustion chamber outer screws (A)
and unlatch the four buckle clips and remove cover.
Notes:The Combustion Chamber Outer Cover has to be in position for the Air Pressure Switch to prove and the Pilot Ignition and Burner Ignition to take place.
There is an anticycling time delay for the CH demand this operates when the demand for central heating is interrupted.
The delay period is between 1 and 3 minutes, therefore it may shorten test times for tests requiring CH demand if the demand is not removed between tests. Alternatively this time delay can be overridden by shorting out pins 04 and 05 at X3 on the PCB.
This involves just touching both pins at the same time with the blade of an insulated screwdriver. The pins must NOT be permanently bridged and care should be taken when carrying out this operation.
