Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Selector switch in the CH TIMED position
Ensure clock is in a CH ON condition
Selector switch in the CH TIMED position
Ensure clock is in a CH ON condition
Measurement:
Disconnect the selector switch connector (connector X2) from the PCB.
Measure the resistance across connection 5 (black wire), and connection 3 (black wire) on the CH timer.
Note:
Measurement is taken at the timer.
Replace connector after test.
Measure the resistance across connection 5 (black wire), and connection 3 (black wire) on the CH timer.
Note:
Measurement is taken at the timer.
Replace connector after test.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
