Observation:
Does the pump run?
(Do not take sound or vibration as an indication of the pump running).
Note:
If power has been switched off or CH demand has been interrupted, there will be a delay of between 1 and 3 minutes before the boiler starts. The time delay can be overridden by shorting out pins 04 & 05 at X3 on the PCB when CH demand is called for. This involves touching both pins with the blade of an insulated screwdriver at the same time. The pins must NOT be permanently bridged out and care should be taken when carrying out this operation.
