Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Ensure the Boiler is not in an overheated state

Measurement:

Disconnect the Brown wire and the Blue wire from the DHW Limit Thermostat and measure the resistance across the Thermostat.
Reconnect leads after test.
