Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove gas valve, fan and burner assembly
Remove gas valve, fan and burner assembly
Observation:
Inspect the primary heat exchanger for dirt, debris and good general condition, clean if necessary.
Note:
Inspect all gaskets and replace as per the manufacturers instructions.
Refer to adapt for guidance on gasket replacement.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
