Observation:
1. Lock out reset.
There is one manual reset device. This can be reset by
pressing the reset button which is located on the upper
right of the facia.
2. This diagnostic model requires the pre-heat function to be turned OFF (LED 1 will be yellow) unless a test page specifically states otherwise.
To turn the pre-heat function OFF turn the DHW temperature control knob to the economy setting, once LED 1 illuminates yellow you can then turn the DHW temperature control to its desired temperature setting.
It is important to follow this instruction
otherwise incorrect diagnosis will occur
