Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
DHW drained and discharged
Appliance drained and discharged
Undo the nut connecting the flow pipe from the main heat exchanger to the plate heat exchanger
Rotate the pipe in an anticlockwise direction to give access to the filter
Lift out the filter

Observation:

Examine filter for blockages and damage.
