Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove the cover to the PCB which is accessible from the lowered control panel.

Measurement:

The fuse is to the right hand side of the PCB.
Measure the resistance of the fuse.
