This option will take you through a test path that will test all components relevant to the fault code chosen.
APPLIANCE FAULT CODE HISTORY FOR GUIDANCE
This option allows you to use the limited fault code history stored in the appliances memory. This can be useful in the case of intermittent faults if the customer is unsure of which fault code occurs and also if a fault code occurs repeatedly but does not occur whilst you are on site it can potentially help narrow down the type of fault.
