INSPECTION INTERNAL BYPASS

Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Appliance drained and discharged
Remove the bypass valve retaining nut then remove the bypass from its housing (see note)

Observation:

Inspect the bypass valve for debris, damage and / or faulty operation.

Note.
Take appropriate precautions regarding primary system water which may still be present in the appliance when the valve is checked or removed.

The bypass is located behind the black plastic retaining nut where the plate heat exchanger mounts behind the diverter valve.
