Set Appliance State:

Primary system water drained / discharged
Remove the filter from the central heating return isolation valve
Remove the filter from the central heating return isolation valve
Observation:
Visually inspect the filter.
It should be clear and unrestricted.
Is the filter clear and unrestricted?
It should be clear and unrestricted.
Is the filter clear and unrestricted?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
