Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Ensure boiler is cool
Run hot water tap at 3 litres per minute
Run hot water tap at 3 litres per minute

Observation:
Reset appliance if required.
The boiler should recognise a DHW demand (tap symbol flashing).
Once the demand has been recognised the fan should then run.
Does the boiler behave as described?
Notes:
1. It may take approximately 40 seconds for the boiler to recognise a demand (tap symbol flashing), this will depend upon the boiler status. (Status code guidance CLICK HERE)
2. On some appliances the pressure may also be displayed.
