Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to AC Volts Set meter to measure AC Volts
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Reset appliance if required (rotate selector switch to OFF position for 4 seconds, then rotate back to DHW/CH position).
Measure for mains voltage across pins 16 (brown lead) & 17 (blue lead) of X12.
Expect mains voltage.
Is voltage measured as expected?
