Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Gain access to internal timeclock
Measurement:
Test 1.
Measure the resistance between L (brown) and N (blue) terminals on the internal timeclock.
Test 2.
Measure the resistance between L (brown) on the internal timeclock to a suitable earth point.
Expected resistance greater than 1 MOhm on both tests.
A reading of O.L is acceptable as this is greater than 1 MOhm.
