Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Ensure NO demands
Ensure NO demands

Measurement:
Reset the appliance if required.
(Press reset button once then release)
Measure the DC Voltages between pins 1 to 5 on connector CN19 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
The voltages should conform approximately to the table below:

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
