Set Appliance State:

CH Demand
Remove all external control wiring connections from TA1 and make safe
Link out external controls (wire link)
Link out external controls (wire link)

Observation:
Does the boiler now respond to a CH demand ?
(Box appears around radiator symbol and temperature is displayed)
(Box appears around radiator symbol and temperature is displayed)
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
