Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Remove 2 wire spark generator connector from the PCB
Measurement:
Test 1.
Measure the resistance between the pins on the spark generator connector.
Test 2.
Measure the resistance between each pin in turn on the spark generator connector to a suitable earth connection.
Expect a resistance of greater than 1 MOhm for each test.
Measure the resistance between the pins on the spark generator connector.
Test 2.
Measure the resistance between each pin in turn on the spark generator connector to a suitable earth connection.
Expect a resistance of greater than 1 MOhm for each test.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
