Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate
Location:
The thermal fuse is located in the primary heat exchanger, this only needs to be replaced if there has been a major fault with the appliance and as a result is not available separately, a primary heat exchanger has to be ordered. If the thermal fuse needs to be replaced ensure the appliance is fully inspected, tested and safety checked when it has been fitted to ensure it will not trip again.

Location:
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
