VOLTAGE FAN DEMAND

Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Set Multimeter to DC Volts

CH Demand

Remove fan connector and make safe

WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure

Mains Power On

Measurement:

Reset the appliance if required.
(Press reset button once then release)
Measure for DC voltage between pin 9 (pink)
and pin 13 (blue) on connector CN22.
Expect a DC voltage to appear before dropping to 0 Vdc.

Note.
1. You will only get one opportunity at the above test before lockout occurs, therefore if a HW tap is not within close proximity to you, you will not have time to get back from the tap to the appliance to carry out the test, for ease it is advised to apply a CH demand and control the appliance via the heating temperature knob on the front of the appliance.
2. Reset as required until test is complete.
