Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate cold feed to boiler
Drain DHW circuit
Remove DHW flow sensor
Remove the DHW flow group switch assembly

Observation:

Dismantle the flow group assembly and inspect for restrictions and/or blockages.
