Adjust, Service, Repair or Replace as necessary
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Location:
The appliance operated after a reset of fault code A34 (APS does not close when fan runs) was present, basic inspections have revealed no reason for lockout A34 to of occurred, retest appliance.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
