Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate cold feed to boiler
Drain domestic hot water circuit
Remove DHW flow sensor
Remove the DHW flow group switch assembly

Observation:

Dismantle and inspect the DHW flow valve assembly for blockages and restriction of movement.
