Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Ensure NO demands are present
Ensure NO demands are present

Measurement:
Reset appliance if required.
Test 1. With no demand present, measure for mains voltage across pin 2 (blue) of connector CN302 (fan neutral) and a suitable earth connection.
Is mains voltage present?
Test 2. With a hot water tap turned ON, measure for mains voltage across pin 2 (blue) of connector CN302 (fan neutral) and a suitable earth connection.
Has the mains voltage measured in test 1 dropped to approximately 0 Vac?
Test 1. With no demand present, measure for mains voltage across pin 2 (blue) of connector CN302 (fan neutral) and a suitable earth connection.
Is mains voltage present?
Test 2. With a hot water tap turned ON, measure for mains voltage across pin 2 (blue) of connector CN302 (fan neutral) and a suitable earth connection.
Has the mains voltage measured in test 1 dropped to approximately 0 Vac?
