BURNER PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT MAX - MIN

Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Turn Hot Water Tap On

Attach pressure gauge to gas valve pressure outlet test point
Disconnect the compensation pipe at the gas valve

WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure

Mains Power On

Observation:

Allow the burner to ignite and establish.
1. Maximum burner pressure adjustment
Adjust nut E on the modureg to set the maximum gas pressure, turn the nut clockwise to increase and anti-clockwise to decrease the pressure until the required pressure is achieved (see table below).
2. Minimum burner pressure adjustment

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOP's P4

Disconnect one lead to the gas valve modureg coil.
Mains power ON.

Note: 1. Ensure a sufficient DHW flow rate to prevent boiler from modulating the burner pressure.

2. When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.

Allow the burner to ignite and establish.
(Ensure that nut "E" is held in position). Turn the screw "F" clockwise to increase the pressure and anti-clockwise to decrease the pressure until the required pressure is achieved (see table above).
