Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Expose PCB by removing plastic control box cover.
Mains Isolator Switch (ON/OFF Switch) in ON position
Selector Switch in DHW Summer position
Hot Water Temperature Control set to Maximum
Expose PCB by removing plastic control box cover.
Mains Isolator Switch (ON/OFF Switch) in ON position
Selector Switch in DHW Summer position
Hot Water Temperature Control set to Maximum

Measurement:
Measure voltage between connections D3 (Brown wire) and connection D4 (Blue wire) on PCB.
Note:
Voltage is present during ignition and when burner is alight if lockout occurs voltage will cease.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
