Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove the Fuse F1 from PCB.

Measurement:

Check fuse has a short circuit resistance.
Replace fuse.
