Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Expose PCB by removing plastic control box cover.
Mains Isolator Switch (ON/OFF Switch) in ON position
Selector Switch in DHW Summer position
Hot Water Temperature Control set to Maximum
Expose PCB by removing plastic control box cover.
Mains Isolator Switch (ON/OFF Switch) in ON position
Selector Switch in DHW Summer position
Hot Water Temperature Control set to Maximum

Measurement:
Measure voltage across input of ignition transformer (Blue and Brown Wires).
Note1: Lockout will occur after approximately 10 seconds.
Note2: This test can only be carried out early models where ignition transformer was not an integral part of the PCB on later models where ignition transformer is an integral part of PCB (input terminals not visible) this test should be FAILED.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
