Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to DC Volts Set meter to measure DC Volts
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Expose PCB by removing plastic control box cover.
Mains Isolator Switch (ON/OFF Switch) in ON position
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure approximately 12VDC across connections
D9 (+ve, Red wire) and D18 (-ve, Black wire) on PCB.
