Set Appliance State:
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Mains Isolator Switch (ON/OFF Switch) in ON position
Selector Switch in DHW Summer position
Hot Water Temperature Control set to Maximum
Attach u-gauge to burner pressure test point
Mains Isolator Switch (ON/OFF Switch) in ON position
Selector Switch in DHW Summer position
Hot Water Temperature Control set to Maximum
Attach u-gauge to burner pressure test point

Observation:
Burner pressure should be approximately 12.3 mbar.
After allowing boiler to heat up for at least 1 minute, slowly reduce the DHW temperature control setting until burner pressure falls to a minimum of 3.0 mbar.
Note:
When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
