Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts Set meter to measure AC Volts
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Expose PCB by removing plastic control box cover.
Mains Isolator Switch (ON/OFF Switch) in ON position
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure voltage across Brown wire on connector A on the PCB and Neutral (Blue wire) on the terminal block at the base of the control panel.
