Set Appliance State:

On/Off Switch OFF
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Turn off DHW stop cock
Drain and discharge appliance
Remove the water flow turbine

Observation:

Remove and inspect the DHW inlet filter located in the water flow turbine.
