Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove red leads from the flue temperature thermostat

Measurement:

Measure resistance across the exposed terminals of the thermostat.
