Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove connector FA2 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between connector FA2 and a suitable earth.
Expect open circuit.
Is the resistance measured as expected?
Note:
A high resistance reading is not acceptable, the reading displayed on the multimeter must be O.L (open circuit).
