Set Multimeter to AC Volts

Measurement:
Measure the mains voltage between pins 3 and 4 on connector CN1.
Expect mains voltage.
Is the voltage measured as expected?
Note:
Number 1 for each mains voltage connector is indicated on the PCB with the numbering running right to left.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
