Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove the wires from terminal 1 and 4 of the timer

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 4 on the timer.
Expect continuity / zero resistance.
Is the resistance measured as expected?
