Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove connector CN3 from the PCB

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between pin 2 (brown)
and pin 3 (blue) on connector CN3.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between pin 1 (black)
and pin 3 (blue) on connector CN3.
Expected resistance for both tests should be 6 kOhms or greater.
