INSPECTION DHW TEMPERATURE CONTROL SPINDLE

Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Gain access to PCB

Observation:

Check for correct spindle alignment into the potentiometer
and that the spindle has not snapped.
To check that the potentiometer and spindle are aligned correctly follow
the procedure below: (The below illustrations show potentiometer P3 CH, the process is the same for potentiometer P1 DHW)

1. Remove the spindle and rotate the potentiometer fully clockwise, this will set it in the MIN position.

2. Insert the spindle and turn the knob fully anti-clockwise

3. The potentiometer will now be in the MAX position.
