Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Selector switch set to CH/DHW position
Boiler DHW thermostat set to MAX
Attach pressure gauge to burner pressure test point
Boiler DHW thermostat set to MAX
Attach pressure gauge to burner pressure test point

Measurement:
1. Setting the Maximum burner pressure.
Allow the burner to ignite.
Turn the outer 10mm nut (A) clockwise to increase or anti-clockwise to decrease.
Adjust maximum burner pressure to correct pressure as per table.
2. Setting the Minimum burner pressure.
Disconnect one wire from the modulating coil assembly (B)
Mains power On
Allow the burner to ignite.
Turn the inner red crosshead screw (C) clockwise to increase or anti-clockwise to decrease, whilst ensuring that the outer 10mm (A) nut does not move.
Adjust minimum burner pressure to correct pressure as per table.
Note:
When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness
Allow the burner to ignite.
Turn the outer 10mm nut (A) clockwise to increase or anti-clockwise to decrease.
Adjust maximum burner pressure to correct pressure as per table.
2. Setting the Minimum burner pressure.

Mains power On
Allow the burner to ignite.
Turn the inner red crosshead screw (C) clockwise to increase or anti-clockwise to decrease, whilst ensuring that the outer 10mm (A) nut does not move.
Adjust minimum burner pressure to correct pressure as per table.
Note:
When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
