Set Appliance State:

CH Demand
For testing purposes insert a jumper tag at JP2 on the PCB (ISAR jumper tags will fit)
Note:
If you do not have a jumper tag then the test can still be done but will take longer to do

Selector switch set to CH/DHW position
Boiler CH thermostat set to MAX
Attach pressure gauge to burner pressure test point

Measurement:
Allow the burner to ignite and run in CH mode.
The burner pressure should increase to approximately 35.5 mb.
Turn the CH boiler thermostat down to just above the MIN setting.
Does the burner pressure modulate down to approximately 10.0 mb?
The burner pressure should increase to approximately 35.5 mb.
Turn the CH boiler thermostat down to just above the MIN setting.
Does the burner pressure modulate down to approximately 10.0 mb?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
