Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Turn off dhw inlet isolation valve
Disconnect dhw inlet and outlet connection pipes to heat exchanger

Observation:

Inspect the heat exchangers ports for restrictions (lime scale).
